Returns

Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
– If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
– We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us before sending anything back.
